Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. It has a great feel to it. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.
Chaps has a friendly atmosphere and cheerful help. The service was prompt and the food was hot and tastes about as good or better than you will find anywhere, and all at a fair price. If you are ever in Roanoke, stop in and check out what the locals already know. Chaps restaurant and pub. You will be pleasantly surprised??

Had never been since last night. They had a fish fry during the day. It was darn good. Then mended fences played. Staff was cool and people more friendly then thought. Looks like a whole in the wall dive bar at first but looks are deceiving.
