I live a mile away. the driver drove around with my order for 30 minutes before calling to say my address wasn't valid, and another 20 trying to find it after I gave him the nearest intersection before going back to the store. I had to call the store to ask about it, and they sent him back out to deliver my now hour old pizza. It just arrived, 70 minutes after ordering. Double checking the address before leaving would have had this here an hour ago.
