I’ve been stopping at the Brambleton Arbys for years. They’re usually great, but the other day when I stopped, I got a Beef n cheddar and curly fries and asked for a water cup. The guy manning the speaker said, “we don’t give out water cups anymore, new policy, you have to get a drink” and he suggested a combo. He flat out refused to give me a water cup. I’ve always gotten water cups with my meals here. I’m not sure why he felt the need to be dishonest, but it is...
