The store has had a rough past, but it has recently improved greatly through a lot of hard work. Store is much cleaner, the crew is friendly, and the pepperoni nuggets are to die for! (Also, please note that a couple of the 1 star reviews are posted from ex-employees who were fired for poor work quality.)
Auntie Anne's is always good. The soft pretzels are always hot and fresh. I enjoy the cup of pretzel bites. I like either the butter and salt or cinnamon/sugar bites. Either way you can't go wrong. When at Valley View Mall, get a snack at Auntie Anne's.
When i went they had fresh pretzels and they even offered to let me try samples because i was very indescive on what i wanted the lady in front of me in line was very rude to the cashier but when i came up to order the casheir had a smile and was sweet and nice they offered me samples and even though i walked away buying a pretzel i know ill be back again
