Bloom is one of our favorite restaurants. As soon as you walk in (sometimes even as you're walking up to the door) you are greeted with the delightful scents of the rotating menu and the sights of the impeccable open kitchen, well-stocked bar, and inviting seating. The service is always top-notch, the front of house staff are knowledgeable about everything on the menu and incredibly attentive, and the chefs will also interact with guests and are invested in their enjoyment....
Bloom is an absolute gem in Roanoke. We did the chef’s tasting menu, Trip for the Table, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor.

What a wonderful food journey. We enjoyed the tasting menu, which was Gulf Coast themed. It was just as one would expect. I used to enjoy the now closed Metro and their tasting menu years ago, and this lived up to the hype.
Friendly and attentive staff, modern experience, adventurous menu, great bar items. Wasena has come into its own, and Bloom is a big reason why.
Parking can be tough, get an uber would be my advice
