You never know what you're going to get at a plated dinner wedding. We'll, if you go with Blue Ridge Catering, expect the absolute best food and service. The food, three different choices, were served hot, on time and got rave reviews from all our guests. I was shocked at how good the food was (a steak dish, an oricetta pasta and a paella). Blue Ridge catered our rehearsal dinner last weekend. It was fantastic! They worked with us to create a menu that was absolutely delicious. Guests couldn't stop raving about how great the food was. Greg catered to our every need and made the event run smoothly. The entire staff was professional and friendly.
