Without a doubt the worst Bojangles we have ever visited. Stood in line behind 3 other customers for 10 minutes until they resumed taking orders. Line was out the door before they resumed taking orders. Drive-thru was very busy. We both got Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuits were crumbly and falling apart. Sweet tea was very good.
Went through at about 2:30 PM today and of course my order was given to me wrong. I kept the receipt in drove all the way back to get the correct order. I had eaten off of the fries on the drive back to the location, so I handed them all of the food except for the fries back along with the original receipt. They took the food back in through the drive-through window, even though it was already handed off to me. They then came back six minutes later and asked for the fries that...
The chicken bites was old and hard I was told they were going to be fresh. The lobby entrance doors were dirty!!!!!!! The customer service was excellent. They just need to keep the store cleaner and the food fresh.
