Staff is nonexistent and orders take forever
Genuinely the worst experience ever at any restaurant. Just got yelled at over the phone by a lady telling me they’re “40 orders behind” on a Tuesday night and while asking about when my food will be ready, she disrespectfully told me “you’re not the only one waiting for food.” Also, apparently they run out of traditional wings but still accepted my order. Enjoyed another great lunch at BWW. The food was wonderful and our server was fantastic. We always enjoy dining out at the Valley View BWW. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We appreciate the customer service we receive.
