First of all … The animal they have as their logo is an American Bison and not a buffalo at all. My wife and I wanted a mixed drink and we looked at the drink menu. There were no prices on the menu! We asked our waitress if they had any drink specials and were told that the only drink specials were at happy hour which didn’t begin until 4 or 5 and we were there at 2pm. So we asked what the price of the drinks on the menu were... We were told that we would have to pick a drink...

First off, the service in years past has been terrible at the old Valley View location. This all changed today when Kay Mack was our wonderful server. By the time we left we felt like family. She is a perfect example of employee that chooses to perform at her very best no matter the situation. Employees like her is why the rest of the company gets to flourish. She deserves recognition for her dedication. Thank you Kay for serving us. Follow your dreams, keep on and continue that...

Sierra made our experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She was attentive without hovering, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure we had exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does.

Great service can really change the whole tone of a meal, and Sierra did exactly that. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for her again.
