Passing through town me and my wife were looking for a place to take our kids that we could also enjoy seeing that we are Foodies always in search of that next great culinary memory. We tried several things but the Baja shrimp and the mahi tacos are definitely something that we are going to remember for a long time. Big thanks to the staff of Cabo fish taco.

Love that this restaurant is so close to our office, we get takeout here a ton. The soy ginger shrimp tacos are a crowd favorite along with the Salmon tacos. Pasta salad and jalapeño mashed potatoes are solid side options. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the location downtown may play a factor. We will surely be back.

Super busy on st. Patty's weekend but waiter gave his best effort and was apologetic. Good hustle on him, great food. Slasa and queso was ok, but steak and fish tacos were

Great spot in a convenient location! Of course the tacos were wonderful, but the crab dip was also out of this world. My husband and I got a variety of tacos & they were all delicious. The fried plantains were perfectly cooked and I loved the spicy rice & beans. We look forward to returning.

The waiter was amazing. We were the only people at dinner, it was pretty late. The food was underwhelming. Decor was nice. Drinks were great.

Very good food and a great place to meet friends for dinner. The wait staff were under staffed but persisted with a smile. They did great. You definitely get high quality fresh food here. I will go back without giving it a second thought.Parking: You can park in a well lit garage directly across the street.

Tried this place today for the first time for lunch pickup. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, battered fish taco, battered shrimp taco, and chips and cheese dip. The chips were stale and the cheese was cold and had almost hardened. The tacos had a very soggy batter. They were cold making the overall texture and flavor of the taco inedible. The only saving grace this place had was the quesadilla, being the only warm thing that was served and it tasted really good! Overall, I would not be returning to a fish taco restaurant that can’t serve proper fish tacos.

The tacos were very bland in taste, and I definitely expected something more tasteful and I paid 4 dollars for a red bull that I never received.

I happened to be in town for an event and ordered from here. Wondeful decision. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Delicious food, quality ingredients, great deals on "Taco Tuesday," and a smooth ordering and pickup process. I would give 6 stars if I could. ????

Short-staffed, way too noisy, not sure why it's so popular. Good for them :)On my last visit, we asked to be seated away from noise (in the back or upstairs). There was a scant, but concentrated crowd, and yet we were told no, so the *only* waitress working would be able to get to us swiftly. It made sense, but was an inconvenience. My friends love the food so much, they insisted we stay. We ended up having a shoddy, shouty meeting.I've been there twice over two years and had a negative experience both times. Glad they have their niche audience that keeps them alive though. What would downtown Roanoke be without some fly seafood?

The salad was horrid! Wilted greens, missing the tomatoes, mushrooms that tasted and looked like they needed to be composted and the chicken was bits of gristle, veins and fat that looked like the bits of bad chicken you’d cut off of and throw away. This was the worst salad I’ve ever seen or tasted—I picked through and tried to find some edible parts, which were few and far between.

Went on a Sunday for lunch. Service was very good. Ambiance in the restaurant was nice. The food was very good and tasty. Took about 25 minutes to get our food, but all in all we'll definitely be back. Small portions of dip for chips, so don't expect a large bowl. Guacamole was very good.
