Bradley the manager was highly professional, kind and empathetic. I had a problem with the reward program and I was frustrated. He did his best to help me solve my problem while remaining calm and pleasant. The cheesesteak was soooo delicious and loved the brookie! My first time here started off frustrating, but I will return and they now have a new loyal customer.
