Great genuine Jamaican cuisine. I love their Ox tail dish. It is delicious The Jerk chicken is amazing. Just a heads up, it has a good kick. My wife loves their Fried Snapper and the Curry Chicken is extraordinary. Full of delicious flavor and tender. We go there at least twice a month.

incredible food, incredible service. the owners, a lovely couple, came out to chat with us for a bit. its always appreciated to get the chance to know who is on the other side of the plate! the atmosphere is lively with colorful lights and upbeat music. will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful first experience, and I certainly plan to return. I thoroughly enjoyed the quarter leg jerk chicken, cabbage, rice and beans, and plantains. Being quite hungry, I unfortunately neglected to capture a photo of the entire meal before starting. However, I did manage to take a picture of the plantains after a few bites. Everything was absolutely delicious. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. 😊

The last thing I expected to discover in Roanoke was a top notch Jamaican restaurant.
Our party of ordered the: Oxtail, Goat, Jerk Chicken, and Shrimp. For sides, we had cabbage, collard greens, candy yams, and of course rice and beans.
I grew up eating Jamaican food, and spent several summers in Jamaica. My wife lives in Jamaica for several years. ALL the food was spot on, perfectly seasoned and fresh/hot. Our waitress was a ton of fun, and made the experience even better. The great final touch was learning that this is a family-owned business, and having the owner/chef's husband bring our food to our table Made the experience even more enjoyable. 5+ stars all around!
I had the Red Snapper which was perhaps the mist perfectly seasoned, perfect crisp on the outside and f he inside was moist and tasty(I would love to have the recipe). The cabbage was amazing along with the rice and beans. The server was awesome, the music was kicking and paired well with the meal. My friend and I was in town for a DAV conference and wanted something really good to eat. We achieved our objective, thank you much

I came here a few weeks ago with friends, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. What really stood out was the hospitality—one of the owners personally came over to introduce themselves and chat with us, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. You can really tell they care about their guests. Definitely a place I’d recommend and return to!

If FOOD is your priority, hit this place up. Everything my wife and I ordered was amazing. The Jerk Salmon and Chicken Curry were both perfectly cooked and seasoned and the collard greens were the best I've ever had. Could definitely use some new booth seats, etc., but that's not stopping me from saying this was the best meal I had in my three days in Roanoke - where we definitely did some fine dining. This place is a gem. Anthony Bourdain would have loved it.
