We went in for brunch today and had such disappointment with the food. The cheeseburger had no seasoning and was so undercooked. The flavor reminded me of that “almost expired” taste that ground beef gets. Even with cheddar cheese, an egg, and the condiments, I couldn’t finish it. The side of broccoli was so bland. Again, no seasoning of any type, and we had to ask for salt and pepper to be brought to the table. The pickle was the most flavorful thing on the plate. Very disappointed.

Our waiter was personable and attentive. We never had to ask for drink refills.

The atmosphere is lovely on the restaurant side. Easy to talk and not too loud.

The burgers were REALLY disappointing. They were thin and dry and the bun wasn’t anything spectacular. My gin and tonic was made with flat tonic and was super weak. Fried pickles are delicious. The server was lovely even though they seemed understaffed.

Absolutely Love this place! I'm a sucker for good strong drinks! This place was a pleasant treat on a Sunday! Perfect place for Brunch!!! The Bartender...she is awesome!

We had a reservation and got seated immediately. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer and waited 45 minutes for it to be delivered to the table. It was very small and tasted okay. We waited another 20 minutes for our food which were mainly sandwiches and tacos. Part of the food was only room temp instead of hot and fresh. The restaurant was not busy so it was disappointing we had to wait so long for our food. They need to speed up service. Our waitress was great! We had a two hour dinner and the majority was waiting for our food---would not recommend if you're short on time or don't want to wait so long for food.

We are from out of town. Booked a reservation online and received a reservation number. Went out of our way to drive there; only to find the RESTAURANT CLOSED!!!!! The app for reserving needs to be updated if the restaurant is CLOSED

We've been here several times and the food service is very slow, even for sandwiches on a non-busy night. We've had to wait 45 minutes for appetizers—buffalo chicken dip is very small and tastes okay, fried oysters and crab cakes were small but good. It shouldn't take that long to serve appetizers. We've had to wait at least 60 minutes for main course on a non-busy night which is ridiculous! I do not recommend this place if you're short on time for dinner as our last outing took 2 hours! The food is good but is not always served hot and fresh; I'm not sure all the food is worth the prices.

This is a nice place. The chairs are not cushioned. They have bar seats, high top tables, regular tables, and booths. Variety selection on menu. Came in for Wednesday special $7.99 burgers, but there are only 4 to pick from.
I ordered the Cast burger, and it was one of the best I've had.

Cast, Mushroom, Buffalo, and Tuna burgers are $7.99 on Wednesdays.

We have been to Cast a few times before and it was usually good. This time it could have been just an off night..the food was cold, the drinks took a while and the burgers were overdone. We'll try to come back another time and hopefully it will be in a better space.

Manager comped some items. But completely disappointed in service and good after being recommended by locals.

The Host greeted and welcomed me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. I told her I had a reservation and she immediately took me to my table. My server was very nice and courteous. She took my order and delivered each item at the right time. But from here on the dining experience went downhill. The Fried Oysters had more crunchy batter than Oyster and was much too salty. The Filet that I ordered Medium Rare was delivered Well done. I waited to tell the server but since she didn't come to check on me I ate it like that. When she did come and I told her, she offered to have another one cooked for me. I refused but she kept apologizing and insisting she would have another one made. I said Ok. But then the shift leader (because there was no manager on hand that evening), a lady with short back hair, came out saying that if I wanted that other Filet I would have to pay for it.She was very rude and annoying. I told her that it was my server who had offered to give me the other Steak, but if I was going to be charged to forget it. Not only did the Well Done dry Filet ruined my dining experience, but the terrible and disgusting attitude of this Shift Leader was something that I never expected from a restaurant of this category. I called my server, told her what had happened, and asked for the bill; paid it and left. The worst dining experience that I have ever had. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never ever return.
