As someone with alpha gal, this place is amazing. Most of the food is vegan, and everything is put together in front of you.
The rice is absolutely amazing. The hummus and the green herb sauce is also really good (though not spicy even though it said it was). We went twice once at dinner and lunch the next day.
Definitely a new favorite I will always go to while in Roanoke.

don’t usually leave reviews, but Valery Santos absolutely deserves one. From the second I walked into CAVA, she made the entire experience feel welcoming, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. She has one of those personalities that instantly brightens the atmosphere; professional, kind, patient, and so good with people that you can tell she cares about every customer that comes through the line.
