We came to the restaurant we got completely ignored by our server she didn’t come up to us until after 30 minutes and we had to get another server to tell her we were here which she saw us and she was very aware but not acknowledging us at all. And then we requested another server and she was very confused this is the second time we’ve had issues with this chilies customer service is awful very unprofessional servers. The manager Tori did help us a lot and she was very professional and respectful.

Really poor experience with take out this evening, customer service is very much lacking. Respectfully waited at minimum 5 minutes while the tall dark dude with long curly hair let me stand there staring at my meal while he chatted with the kitchen staff. Finally came over, absolutely could not care less. Really weirdly let my food dangle in the air, kind of half giving it to me half not while he set up the credit card machine, was brushing up against my side while I remitted payment to speak with the person behind me? He walked away before the transaction completed. Really strange experience.

Got take out. Order was $50. Order was wrong. Tried calling more than 10 times. Went through the hold spill each time never reaching a person, only to be told they were having technical difficulties, and being hung up on. This is the 2nd time this has happened. This is poor business practice, and 2 of my children had no dinner due to the error. Had to get them something somewhere else closer to home, making my food cold and undesirable. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Ike at the bar takes the best care of me whenever I dine here. He makes my own custom drink which is a strawberry patròn margarita. It's not on the menu but it's delicious!! I ordered the honey chipotle ribs, elote and chicken crispers. My food was hot, fresh and cooked to order just how I like it. I would advise anyone to try dining at the bar and order the strawberry patròn margarita!

I ORDERED A BURGER THRU UBER EATS. It was burned when the order was delivered.
I ordered the three fajita trio. For $23 I expected so much more. The shrimp were dry but ok. The chicken and steak were very dry and flavorless, as if they had been cooked prior and reheated. The peppers and onions were overcooked as well. The "guacamole" was in a tiny cup, not even two tablespoons and mine was just one big piece of avocado. I told the waitress, she took the tiny cup of guac because she said I would be charged for the new guac if she didn't!! Most Mexican restaurants bring you chips & salsa prior to getting your meal, not here. The meal came with 4 hot soft flour tortillas (they were good), a tiny cup of salsa, a tiny mound of chopped tomatoes, a small dab of sour cream, a decent amount of shredded cheese. A 1/3 cup of seasoned black beans and some dry spanish rice. Very mediocre meal worth @$10 not anywhere near $23!!! Will not be coming back.

The food was to die for. The brisket quesadilla was amazing. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. The chips and salsa were some of the best I've ever had. I hate to say that since it's an American restaurant but I've been to Texas and back and I have never had a better experience of chips and salsa. The waitress was kind and eager to assist. Wished us to have a great rest of our day. She deserves a raise. And the crowd was low and quiet. Not a bad environment. I highly recommend this place. Exquisite

I came in yesterday because I live across the street, ordered bone in wings, they were cold and rubbery dry, I tried to eat one and spit most of it out.Came back today because again I live across the street, ordered chip/salsa, anyone who has ever eaten at chilis knows their chips. I noticed they were different and the waitress said they ran out and got salsa and chips from the grocery store. I then ordered a burger and was told they didnt have any buns! So I ordered just some fries which were also cold!! What the hell!! I will not be back here in my lifetime! I paid my bill in cash and was actually shorted!!! And, Just heard the waitress say they are out of mashed potatoes !!!@$%&**$#@
