I dine at your restaurant usually weekly, and have noticed over the past many weeks, it has been unusually hot in there. I asked an employee about it, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I always have a great experience when I go there, great food, great service, but I feel bad for the employees.
Always a good experience at the Roanoke Chili's! Michael and the whole wait staff are excellent. They serve you fast and with genuine smiles on their faces.. I recently took 4 kids to eat and we had a blast. I used to dislike the eggrolls but they're growing on me. The kids and I loved them! Great chicken sandwiches too. We appreciate the surprise free desserts! That was so nice 🙂
So disappointed in their take out. Second time the food was cold and nasty. Never will I get take out again as they seem to not take any pride in what they serve those who dont want to eat in house.
