“The food is great. Employees seem to be average to little above average in terms of friendliness and service. However, they seem to improve a lot from last year. Chips seem to be better too.

The food taste great, but I wish they were cleaner. Kinda feels gross having a piece of lettuce on the outside of my burrito sometimes. My biggest red flag I've seen was after one of the employees took out the trash, they didn't wash their hands when they were doing someone else's order afterwards... They did wore gloves, but that's still nasty. No idea how I never got sick from this place. Also, not sure about the chips. Can I order chips? One employee says it's for door dash orders only, but another one says I can. Don't really care anymore. Some of the chips were really stale anyways. Overall, the burritos taste great, but everything else needs to improve.“
“Big kudos to manager Rob, after watching his professionalism with a difficult customer. Customer had accosted an employee for a basic misunderstanding while preparing her food, and customer was unreasonably upset. Customer walked away with free food, and a freshly made bowl, and still yelled at the employees, manager and other customers.
Hero Rob, properly defended his team members, upheld exceptional professional, and very politely asked the customer to leave. I would recommend this cohesive and supportive team to any one seeking the Chipotle goodness.“
“Hands down the best chipotle in Roanoke, and my absolute favorite. The surrounding ones should definitely take some notes. The kitchen and food area is always looking nice and tidy..very clean and the food is always fresh. Absolutely outstanding management and just a great group of people here. Good job Blue Hills Chipotle!“
