Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lynchburg

“Came in to grab three bowls for me and my family, all different orders, I was greeted super friendly at the counter by Izzie, I said sorry this might be kinda complicated and she was super helpful and said we can do complicated!! She was very kind and positive the whole way through, super willing to help as well. She is a great employee!! Always a nice surprise having such a kind food service worker, a lot are so exhausted from being treated so badly. Will be back!!“

“My son and I stopped here after out doctors appointment. It was busy because it was lunch time and the store looked understaffed. The one girl was making the food and doing the register. She never looked frustrated and she kept her smile the whole time. She has great customer service wish I would have gotten her name, she was awesome.“
