Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lynchburg

“My son and I stopped here after out doctors appointment. It was busy because it was lunch time and the store looked understaffed. The one girl was making the food and doing the register. She never looked frustrated and she kept her smile the whole time. She has great customer service wish I would have gotten her name, she was awesome.“

“This is by far the best Chipotle around. The people are always kind and generous and hard working. The people who are complaining about slow service and lack of ingredients have probably not worked in the food industry before. These guys at Timberlake Chipotle get absolutely SLAMMED with business and still maintain their composure, good attitude, and diligence. We’re very happy every time we go there.“

“Foods good, but they need to make it more appetizing when going thru the line...mix the beef , chicken etc. When it looks dry on top not very appealing...have someone check the bathrooms after a rush, empty the trash cans, wipe the tables down after someone leaves....get back to the basics....not that hard....been there , done that..“
