“I keep coming back to this location because it's convenient thinking it will be better this time... Nope, this location is constantly horrible. Today they told me they didn't have any chips.. I was OK with that until I saw them on the counter in a big container. I said they are right there. She said yes but they are not in a bag. So I said can you put some in a bag for me. She said I can't. So I left my bowel on the counter and left.. I will never be back again. Terrible service every time. At least you are consistent 🤣🤣.. I'll drive a, few extra miles to Charlottesville next time“

“Can’t praise this location enough! :) They’re a little understaffed but I was served quick. Huge shoutout to everyone at this location. I just moved here and have come here close to opening for the past three days and they’re all pleasant and giving appropriate serving sizes. 1000x better than the other Chipotle in Charlottesville.“

“LONG RANT....
Soooo, my husband and I were disrespected at another location and we left and came to this location.
Explained EVERYTHING that happened at the other location and it was like night and day. We got to sample the choices. The station was clean. Food was fresh. Great portions and a complimentary drink for our troubles.
We LOVE Chipotle and was craving it after a 5 hour drive to get to a doctor's appointment. So when we got our food, we decided to eat there. So much better.
We talked to the Manager, she apologized for our treatment and this location made it RIGHT!
Grant and the older black gentleman at the other location, get rid of those guys! They are AWFUL...
As I was leaving, the black gentleman said 'God Bless You, Sista' and i said 'right back atcha, Brotha! God Bless You' and we left!
Thank You for treating us with kindness and respect. Thank you for making up for ALL that they are lacking.... and they are sLACKING!!!
We WILL revisit this location again and only hope we will receive the same kind of treatment as before!

“I enjoy coming to this chipotle! They always get my order right and I doordash food from here sometimes as well. They do a great job keeping everything clean and i never have any complaints. They also have a great variety of toppings and drink options. They get through the line extra fast!“
