“I love chipotle and the lady that served us here was great. She put extra portions of food so literally you got a double portion. The only thing is that the rice was raw still. My daughter and I had a take out but we both had to throw them out. They don’t know how to cook the rice somehow. That’s a basic cooking skill. If you have a rice cooker then all you need to do is put the right amount of rice and water and press the button. How can you mess that up? It seems that they did not put enough water so the rice was just dried up without cooking. It was the same at Tanglewood location when I ordered last year. They need to learn to cook the rice!“

“Big kudos to manager Rob, after watching his professionalism with a difficult customer. Customer had accosted an employee for a basic misunderstanding while preparing her food, and customer was unreasonably upset. Customer walked away with free food, and a freshly made bowl, and still yelled at the employees, manager and other customers.

Hero Rob, properly defended his team members, upheld exceptional professional, and very politely asked the customer to leave. I would recommend this cohesive and supportive team to any one seeking the Chipotle goodness.“
