“Wife and I got Pollo Asado Rice Bowls for dinner. Loved it! Can't wait to get another soon. If I could make a suggestion to the crew at Chipotle; Please find a way to keep the ingredients behind the counter hot. The rice, the meats, the beans, all need to be hotter when the person puts the rice bowl together. Then, colder items like lettuce and sour cream go on top. That will make a good rice bowl better.“

“Big kudos to manager Rob, after watching his professionalism with a difficult customer. Customer had accosted an employee for a basic misunderstanding while preparing her food, and customer was unreasonably upset. Customer walked away with free food, and a freshly made bowl, and still yelled at the employees, manager and other customers.

Hero Rob, properly defended his team members, upheld exceptional professional, and very politely asked the customer to leave. I would recommend this cohesive and supportive team to any one seeking the Chipotle goodness.“
