undercooked rice and barely any meat in the bowl since she had to scrape the bottom of the pan to get any. then after she scrapes the bottom of the pan and barely puts any meat in my bowl she turns around and says that we need more carnitas I would have been willing to wait to get enough meat to where I could taste it very disappointing
The food was dry and crusty. The cheese was hard inedible. Our order was over $40 for two people and was not worth that amount of money. The restaurant on valley view blvd was filthy. The lady with the mask long red hair was verbally irate with nearly every customer. She was screaming the she was going to beat someone’s f**king a** from behind the counter. It was an over all horrible experience.
We order from Chipotle online often, but this location is poorly lacking in several areas. The restaurant was dirty, our order was wrong and missing ingredients, we had onion peels and ends in our bowls, queso was too thick, and the "large" chips were barely a small. VERY disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
