The staff and quality of food/establisment top tier! The manager Shiv was super helpful when I took my youth choir out to enjoy a good meal. Both himself and staff made sure we were taken care and was very friendly. Love great customer service with a smile!

Best bang for the buck as a buffet. The food was good. What really impressed me was how fast they replenished the food, and they quickly took the dirty plates off the tables. This crew is on point, and friendly.

My family and I have been going here to the Roanoke Cicis for years ! My son knows everyone with cicis as he’s been going so long ! (To multiple different locations ) Abraham and his crew did a good job on my recent visit with my son . Abraham is my sons new buddy ! The pizza was very fresh and everything was great . My son loved the soup due to them adding nice size chicken chunks . He also commented the macaroni and cheese pizza was perfectly made . We’re happy customers

Foods better than the original. Food constantly replenished. Tables cleaned as soon as a customer leaves. Food is hot. Pizza is thicker than it use to be $10 for adults. Kids I think was $6
New owner was very personable and welcomed the guest. Good was fresh and hot. My only suggestion would be to have something placed on the table when guest are sitting at table but are up at the buffet. We accidentally sat at someone’s table because we were not aware they had been sitting there but was at buffet. Everything wise was great.
