great service n very cool place
Sent a Reuben out with Roast Beef instead of Corned Beef. What in the world? Will who answered the phone seemed to have no care in the world. Didn’t offer as much as an apology or a promise to correct it. The chain in general has been going down-hill for a long time but this location in general has always been the worst. I’ve given them too many chances to start making quality food again but not after tonight.
We were seated and then never waited on afterwards. We sat in our booth for 90 minutes and never received even a menu. Will not be returning.
