The staff deserves a raise. They were shortstaffed yet every person got a smile when they entered. They would explain that they were shortstaffed and handled everything with Grace. You don’t find this very often. This was on April 6. When I commented to him that I wanted to give them credit for this, he said that the frown will not make things better. And he wants everyone to feel better when they leave.

We always come from Amherst county Virginia to this one Because the one in Madison Heights Virginia sucks .. Madison Heights DQ keeps the food under the Heat Lamp for 5 hours at a time Dairy Queen Brandon Ave Roanoke has the Best Staff there always polite makes sure your food is Excellent! Great crew

When I went in, i had an amazing time getting in with my wheelchair, the worker, Yuri, was sweeter than sweet, I see him most days when i come for lunch or dinner, he definitely needs a huge promotion, he’s absolutely amazing.
