Went on Christmas Eve. Waited 40
mins after ordering for food. Server never came back during that time to refill glasses and when my husband went to the counter to ask for a pitcher of water he was told “it’ll be a bit.” Food came short 2 meals. Got my son’s out a few minutes later - 1 pancake burnt and bacon half raw. An hour after we initially ordered I still did not have my order - 2 waffles. way to many employees not to answer a phone for more details about food offerings or any other questions ,guess they are being paid to flirt and hangout in the parking lot. Is this place really open or what.? Have had this same thing happen before and we drive across town just to leave because no-one would seat us.
