I needed something quick and there was <30mins to close so my expectations were pretty low. I ordered from the app sitting out in the parking lot because the dining room was closed due to maintenance. I ordered the $5 deal with 2pcs of dark meat, a biscuit, and a small mashed potatoes and gravy. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was hot abd fresh. Kudos to the night shift Monday!
Luv them chicken bowls

KFC offers a good atmosphere and awesome customer service, but could benefit from more staff for improved service. The restaurant provides ample parking for both regular and handicapped guests. The kids menu is excellent for both kids and adults alike. However, some customers have experienced rude behavior from staff, particularly at the breakfast drive-thru.
