First time actually having a donut from this spot. Let me tell you the maple bacon is Life!! The Christmas Cookie dozen was super fun. We just wish they labeled them somehow.

Great service. Somehow the computer didn't pick up one of the two donuts that were supposed to be the same on my group's tab. I'm not sure how it happened because I watched both people order the same donut. The lady printed the receipt to show us there was only one. As we were ordering that second donut, a man (I'm assuming the manager) came out to tell us not to worry about ordering it that they'd have it made for us. It was obviously not their fault, but he was still kind enough to give us that second one. Also, the donuts are great. If you are a fan of French toast, I recommend the French toast donut from Duck Donuts.

The 2 ladies that were working on December 4, 2025, approximately 10:30A was not friendly. There was no pleasantries, took my order, walked away, made my donuts, then closed my donut box, slid it to me and walked away. RUDE…the whole experience, RUDE.

11 out of 10. The young man working when I came in with my grandbabys a few weeks ago was in extreme pain with what looked like a broken arm that hadn't been treated. When I asked him about it he said he was fine and smiled with a whince. He was clearly not ok but took our order and after we paid he gave my grandbabys 6 dollars to play the duck game. Today my daughter went in and when I asked who was in there and she described him but said he looked scared too mess anything up. He deserves a raise every time we've been there he's been alone and if that's not possible make sure he knows he's great worker.
(Side note) We've tried coming in in the morning and we know things happen but it's never open and we want too try the sandwich on the wall

Duck Donuts was fantastic as always. I have never had a donut be so perfectly crispy while also having a nice doughy interior. The service was out of this world. I feel terrible for not catching her name but the woman who served us had no problem making fresh dough for doughnut holes. Always a great experience and I would highly recommend
Love their donuts. But the guy who normally works here needs some customer service training BAD. A little over a month ago I made an online order. Came in everything was made perfect, but it didn’t have a lid on it (they’re behind the counter where they work). There were 2 guys working. As I was standing and waiting one of them looked at me, then proceeded to the register to clock out. The other guy was making donuts and gave me a few side eyes. Neither one ever spoke to me in the 10-15 mins I stood there only waiting for a lid. While standing there and observing, the guy was rude to this lady after she let him know he gave her the wrong coffee as she was scrambling trying to take care of her kid. Then brought up an order for a man waiting for his order and completely ignored me standing at the counter. I eventually left putting napkins on top of my food, went down the road to DG and got some foil. Came back in last week with my grandmother, we were both just wanting some donuts and she’s heard me talk about how good they are. We show up and the same guy was working there. They were finishing up an online order then came to help us. He was very very rude and passive aggressive while we were ordering. He had a attitude about which ones we were picking, tapping the computer so hard to where you can hear it and the computer was shaking. My grandmother asked for a coffee and he proceeded to let her know he’s not good at making coffee (which I appreciate the honesty) but he didn’t have to be so rude about it and become so angry. I just told her in front of him he would get one somewhere else. When I went to order my donuts under the same order he got extremely angry and started huffing and puffing and acting like he was busy all of a sudden. When this is his job he chose. An older gentleman comes behind us in line once we’re finishing up. Not sure what happened but the guy working seemed extremely annoyed and the older gentleman ended up walking out. Two women came in as he started our order and let the other girl know who’s working, what to do. He proceeded to get annoyed with these women too and ends up getting all fussy and turning off the open sign in front of all of us and turns the women down from ordering. Donuts did end up good but this guy made us and others EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The first time I came in I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might’ve had a rough day. But when you act like this towards everyone multiple times, it seems to be more personality. I just hope duck donuts will find someone better and more enjoyable to work here in the future.

Was told there was a thirty minute wait, we waited for an hour just for the worker to lie to us and say they did make our order, they just didn’t call out the name, so “someone must’ve come in and stolen it off the counter.” We were inside the whole time and not a single person came in and took a box off the counter and left. We tried asking for a refund but they told us they “didn’t know how to”. Terrible experience for subpar food. EDIT: I tried contacting personally before leaving this review, they never responded so I posted this and I contacted them AGAIN and they still haven’t responded. For days. Terrible management and terrible customer service. The expensive donuts that are never made correctly is NOT worth it.

Ordered 6 donuts on a Saturday night. Not very busy when we walked in. 2 other customers there. Got the donuts, 3 of the 6 were missing the toppings. Instead of letting us know before making them so we could choose something else, they just made them without the toppings we ordered without saying a word. Staff rude and uninformative . Was not informed the entire time. Had to ask why they were plain and no apology to say the least. No signs or staff to let people know. Poor staff esp after leaving $4 tip on 6 donuts. This will be our last time going to duck donuts! Very unfortunate!
