We placed an order for 1/2 dozen doughnuts and proceeded to wait 20 plus minutes for our order. The gentleman working the counter decided to do his closing procedure before completing our order and the few other customers that came in after us. The wait for no reason sucked, but the doughnuts were good and we now know how to close down the shop for the evening....lol.
Rachel is the definition of excellent customer service!! She is the only one working and she is holding it together and maintaining a beautiful and inviting attitude! Give her a raise and positive recognition she deserves!

This place is a total gem. The donuts are made fresh to order right in front of you, and the entire experience was just as sweet as the treats themselves. The staff member who helped us was absolutely fabulous—friendly, patient, and explained everything perfectly.
The donuts? Out-of-this-world delicious....
