Go to Starbucks instead. Terrible experience every weekend at this Dunkin and will not be going back. Every weekend, the same staff messes up my order and is oblivious each time I question them about it. Reached out to management and never heard anything back. Save your bad experience and don’t go here.

The service was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the way they displayed their cups was cute. The donuts were fresh and delicious.. I didn't like the coffee but that's my error, Since I didn't know I wouldn't like the flavor I picked.

Stopped by to try their Iced Carmel Machiato with 2 extra shots that I normally get at Starbucks...they should really go down the road and get a Starbucks Coffee to taste how it's supposed to be done!...I was going to get a dozen donuts...they didn't have 3/4 of what I wanted to get! BYE

terrible. got two iced pumpkin spice coffees and it tastes like just coffee and creamer absolutely no pumpkin at all. They also put granulated sugar in an iced drink so both drinks are gritty. For how much money we spent this morning, this is my worst Dunkin experience.
I was here this morning to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. We were in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to pick up 2 coffees! There were only 3 cars ahead of us to the window.

This Dunkin is always out of something, donuts, coffee, specialty items, pretty much everything. This time, matcha.In addition, there was only one employee working. He had trouble working both.Multiple times we've come by and they should be open but they're closed. Definitely not a very good location.

I want to love this place. It's so convenient. But they are consistently out of the donuts we like by 10:30am. The past three times we've gone, we've left without ordering because everything we try to order is out. On the rare occasions we got donuts, they were consistently wrong (Boston cream had no filling or vanilla icing filling, jelly donuts had no jelly, ect...). All said, our experiences have been sadly disappointing.

Best Dunkin in Roanoke!!!! Staff is amazing!!!! My order is difficult and they not only remember it they always get it right!!!! I feel like family whenever I come here!!!

Went there for a half dozen bagels. Very disappointed. Were not fresh. But was able to save them by wrapping them in damp paper towels and microwaveing them to bring them to a moist state.

Since I'm not American, I find it really interesting to gve it a try and visit some typical American, local franchises. And this time I took that chance to go to Dunkin'. By the way, in Europe it's always called Dunkin Donuts, while in the US just Dunkin', since Americans always prefer it the shorter, the better. ?????So I got myself a hot Cappuccino with a cocoa mocha flavor. And must say the coffee itself was good, very good,??☕ but the flavor... it was much too sweet. I know it's kinda very typical American way,??? but for me - definitely too sweet.?
