I purchased an ice coffee from this store , all ice very little coffee maybe 5oz. For almost four dollars, very disappointing.
I've been faithfully stopping at this store for over a year. However service has definitely gone downhill. This morning was the last straw and I will not be stopping there anymore for my morning coffee before church. The staff seems very disorganized and after repeatedly giving them my order which was not complicated they still messed it up. I only ordered 2 med hot coffees with coconut caramel flavoring and cream and equal. They put regular sugar in it and gave us decaf! And...read full review
How do you even call it a donut shop? I've been to this location 5 times because it's convenient & have left empty-handed 3 of those times because your selection is pitiful. The two times I left with donuts, they were odd flavors chosen from what was left. Dunkin' Coffee, maybe, but "Donuts" is terribly misleading.
