I bought a half dozen of donuts which consists of glaze, strawberry sprinkles and bavarian filled donut. When we ate the bavarian, it taste like plastic. Hope you address this issue because it can be dangerous to the health.

Keagy Village is a really nice place. You can't beat Dunkin coffee, donuts and breakfast. The store is well staffed and courteous.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. You can do better than this. No one expects perfection from Dunkin, but this is beyond bad.

Did a mobile order for a large coffee with additional pumps of unsweetened sweetener since I knew a large coffee would need additional unsweetened sweetener. When I tried my coffee, it basically was just plain coffee. I called the store to let them know they did not put in any sweetener and she replied that she put one pump in as that what she said I ordered. I checked my order and it did say 5 pumps and she continued to debate with me. I finally told her I was not going to debate with her and so she basically said "fine, I'm not debating either, have a nice day and hung up"! Yep, I can certainly see why DD went under before and I see it happening again. For the same price you can go to Starbucks or any other place and get what you ordered and better service.Oh and also, I got a French cruller and it was awful! It was seriously bland and stale. Never again! If wasn't for a gift card given to me, I would have never gone there in the first place! If I ever receive a gift card, I will try to sell it for 1/2 price or give it to the needy!Resent ever having going there!!!!! Save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere!!!
