Amazing!!! The food was classic and delicious and the price was awesome! The staff were super friendly and got us our food so fast. The sweet potato pancakes were worth a post card home. Would 10/10 recommend. Great vibes. We originally went to eat across the street and were extremely disappointed with wait times/service/menu/prices/vibe and decided to just have a drink and then pop over to Ernie's for food. Could not have been more glad that we did!!
Holy cow! This place was amazing. Some of the best breakfast food me and my partner have ever had. Highly recommend the house potatoes & potato cake. We went around 1pm & they were out of biscuits and gravy but we will be back tomorrow for them! If you’re thinking of trying Ernie’s, go!!!
Ernie's is a Roanoke institution that I wholeheartedly support. The food, service, and environment are what a hometown diner should be. The staff is attentive and welcoming, food is nothing fancy in the best of ways, and I feel welcomed every time I walk in. I'll keep visiting until the day I die!
