Do not eat here! This restaurant chain needs to be SHUT DOWN. Two people have died, forty-nine have gotten sick, and thirty-one have been hospitalized from Hepatitis A, which is contracted when employees don't wash their hands and handle food! This place is disgusting. Time to shut them all down.

We ordered pickup. The woman who took my order was great. She had a friendly disposition and got our order perfect. We were told 15 minutes which is really quick. When we went to pick it up it was ready and hot. The prices were pretty great too. My only criticism is that the food wasn't terrific. It wasn't bad by any means just not great. Also, the fruit cup only had melon in it. My daughter was pretty happy about the bacon though, and when she's happy, we're happy.

Horrible service. Before being seated two of your employees were arguing back and forth which you should never do in front of customers. I am seated and he asks me for drink selection and doesn't give a straw. The waitress had a very abrupt attitude and again didn't give extra Napkins for my meal. Passed by several times and didn't ask if I needed anything. I was sitting within sight of your cashier looking at her phone WHILE checking a customer out. You guys need to go to Salem or 419 and get some training on customer service!!!

Cafe diner seating, very comfortable booths, I don't think there is anything on the menu that I haven't tried and liked! The staff is sweet and make you feel at home. Being that I have no teeth at the moment and waiting for dentures, I appreciated the way they took particular care to make sure my food wasn't overcooked and soft enough for me to eat. This so far is my favorite breakfast for in Roanoke besides First Watch.
Good food and service, middle of the road for us, usually have breakfast there. Staff is great!

Food was fine but we were greeted by the hostess Gabby. She was very rude and asked for our drink orders before we could even sit down. But to make it worse we were checking out and ran into a friend and started talking in the main entry way. We weren't blocking anyone or keeping anyone from checking out. Mid conversation gabby interrupted us and told our friend to give her his payment so we could go and then rolled her eyes and laughed. We were not hurting anyone or in the way of anything and she still felt the need to interrupt us and try to make us leave and then laugh in our faces. So disrespectful and ruined the dining experience.
