The Famous Flapjacks are by far the best pancakes in town. The servers are pleasant and attentive. I particularly appreciate Vanessa, the manager: she is always good-humored, pleasant, and takes the time to ask about your day - a genuine professional.
The business is just outside of Roanoke in a nicer strip. Parking may be challenging on brunch weekends, however my weekday visit no problem. Our party of three was greeted and seated immediately with menus.
