Employees was super friendly
So today, my husband and I placed a fairly large order with Firehouse Subs located in the Towers Mall shopping Center, and not only was I accosted by an extremely rude employee (Aaliyah Copeland), but then as I explained the situation to the “manager,” Carolyn Putnam, I was further humiliated and embarrassed in front of an entire store!! Tonight I came in to get a sub. I was tired after being at the VAMC ER after an accident. I explained that I was having trouble seeing after getting hurt the evening before and my face, specifically my eye, lip, and jaw are visibly swollen. Two of the staff didn’t have masks on and one had a mask on but it wasn’t covering her mouth or nose.
