I really enjoyed the spicy Cajun chicken at Firehouse Subs in Town Square Roanoke. However around 11:00 AM on 11/14/2025 I noticed the girl behind the counter speaking quite loudly and coming across a bit rude. She also seemed frustrated with a delivery driver and insisted on checking the driver’s phone to confirm the order. The exchange felt tense, and several of us dining in noticed it. It slightly took away from an otherwise good visit.

Listennnnnn the girlies at the Towne Square location are the definition of keeping hope alive in the fast food arena! They serve a magnetizing energy (this is now a weekly spot for me lol) & even more appetizing sub!
Highly recommend giving them a visit, just don’t order the Jamaican Jerk Turkey… i don’t like to share 🤣

I always order in the app which is designed to make ordering a breeze, the consistency of the subs is much appreciated and the staff is always friendly and helpful, plus if you check in the app there are usually some great deals!

These called manger claimed she made our subs they had so much mayo that all the toppings were sliding off. I called the store to complain she hung up me she said her name was Alexa after she hung up on I called back and she would not allow anyone to answer my calls
