Ordered 2 french dip subs, au jus was not included. I called to see if they could deliver the sauce and the individual whom i can only assume is the manager decided it was appropriate to get an attitude and tell us we can come back and get it. At the premium price i pay for this product, i expect my order to be correct the first time and to not receive attitude due to the mistake of firehouse. I will not be eating at this establishment again and i will make sure others dont as well. If 0 stars was an option, i would give 0.

If you do delivery services, I advise not to take the orders from here. They never have it ready, finish orders that come in after the delivery order, they prioritize people in the restaurant. Last I checked the people getting the food delivered are paying customers too. They shouldn’t have to wait longer to get their order. Ask if they have the order and they look at you like they don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s happened numerous times or I wouldn’t be posting this. Do better firehouse do better!!!

Attempted to call in an order. The young lady on the phone was very rude. Rushed me through my order and didn’t even allow me to finish. I had to tell her she wasn’t even allowing me to finish the order. I was trying to let her know I wanted jalapeños but she was rushing me so much I couldn’t even remember because I was so put off by her demeanor. I just canceled and placed an order with a company that is not rude to their customers

I go here because of the convenience and value for what I pay. They always get my sub right and it’s hot and fresh. They’re not always the friendliest, but the food is good.

Awful service. Boy taking my order couldn't stay off of his phone long enough to get my order or my name correct. And guess what?? Both my order and my name(per the usual) were wrong. Nobody speaks English and my food is always incorrect. If I could give negative stars for this establishment, I would. Avoid if you want good food for the exorbitant prices you have to pay for it

Very poor service. We waited almost 1 hr for only 2 subs to be prepared.
We were the first in line to order our 2 subs ahead of 4 other orders and we were the last to get our food. The 3 girls behind the counter preparing our food seemed more concerned with their phones and their boyfriend being in the store and joking around with each other, then correctly preparing all of their take out orders that were just placed. They had to ask multiple times what people ordered. My husband ordered a heated, double meat, hero sub and mine was a gluten free (preference only, not allergy was specified) turkey sub. After waiting almost 1 hr for our 2 subs, we finally drove home to find that my husband's sub didn't appear to be heated or have double meats like he had ordered.
After paying almost $40 for only 2 subs we were extremely frustrated and disappointed in the poor service and representation of your establishment.
We normally never post reviews but we felt that this experience needed to be mentioned.
Sadly, we will never be a return customer based on this unfortunate experience.

First time I've ever been to a a firehouse that nobody said welcome to firehouse as soon as I walked through the door. Not very friendly but the food was great as always.

I ordered a foot long Brisket. I received it with no cheese and no bbq. Also ordered Italian sandwich foot long. Had no herbs and spices that it normally comes with. I'm really thinking twice about never coming back to here. I come here because it's close to the house. This is the second time this location has screwed up the sandwiches. I'm very annoyed with this location. plus, with the cost of everything damn I wish people get there act right make it right. What I ordered is a popular sandwich and still get it wrong. Good grief.
