Food was ok, service was terrible. Ordered a very simple sandwich that turned into the most complicated situation. Had the cashier been listening I wouldn’t have had to repeat myself 15 times. They wanted me to tell them how to ring up the sandwich. When I go to subway and order the same sandwich I don’t have to do that. I guess it was the manager that came over to help and I had to repeat myself over and over again. She got an attitude when I told her I have told them over and over again a simple pepporoni and cheese sandwich. They were all very young and very rude. Then they had no tea. It was 8pm and they don’t close until 10. When I made them aware there was no tea they said nothing. And I didn’t appreciate all the Spanish talk during all this b.c one can only assume they were talking negatively about the situation. We used to order from this store all the time but between how expensive and rude they are we have not eaten there as much. Last night was a quick reminder why we stopped eating there. Customer service is no longer a focus.

Don’t bother going here if you want a name day promotion because the employees will have no clue what you’re talking about. When you finally manage to get them to understand what you’re saying to them, they will then not have the ingredients needed to make the subs you want. But don’t worry, they’ll be busy eating their own food while attempting to take your order.

Watching the AFC & NFC games, the fire house commercials for the chicken meatball sandwich was too much. I finally stopped at this location, great staff & service. I'd wishes íd gotten the full size sub. Muy delicioso!

Just had the New York Steamer.Jesus!What a GREAT sub. I don't know if I was super hungry or what, but it was absolutely delicious. I can't say that about anything I've had at Subway. Ever.

If I could give 0 I would. Workers talking Spanish for 20 min and proceeded to ask me if I ordered or not. I said yes I’m waiting for yall!! They kept touching there hair and faces with there gloves in. Nothing was being made!!! Should have got a discount or free for this wait.

This is one of the best in Roanoke. I asked for some extra stuff after a difficult customer and they were awesome. The entire staff is awesome. Treat them right. They make a great sub!

I placed an order through the Firehouse Subs app, paid ahead, and went to pick it up. Long story short, when I arrived, they refused to give me the food I had paid for. The employee has a smirk on her face, stated this actually happens frequently, said she wouldn’t help me, and gave me management’s number. Unfortunately the person I spoke to gaslit me and told me the order didn’t exist. A call to corporate confirmed the order did exist, and was paid for. Corporate did not offer me a refund. The manager did not offer me a refund. So my money was stolen, I got nothing in return. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional and the entire situation was appalling and bizarre. After looking into it, I found other similar reviews. Another customer inside the store also told me this had happened to her in the past. So this is a regular occurrence at this location. I’m annoyed enough that I’ll be taking legal action against the owner.

Went to Fire House to get a sub today because It was the day that I could get one of them free because of my name. I usually have a good experience but this little guy had an attitude right off the start. I told him my name and as I was getting my ID he's like where is your ID like he was mad. I'm like. I'm getting it for you now. He had a very nasty attitude for no reason. Even as he was taking my order, he was acting mad, He then went over to the girl who was making subs he whispered something to her and they laughed. Then Instead of her making my order he started making my two subs. I was difinitly watching him after that.He reached under his apron I don't know if he was wiping his hands or gettingsomething out of his pocket. Then grabbed my buns. And put them on the table I don't know what was wrong with him.The manger walked out from the back and I was going to speak to her but she returned to whatever she was doing.I haven't even eat my sub and my wife hasn't eaten hers yet. If we have any issues I will. Go find out why that guy had an unwarranted issue with me. I didn't see his name but he was a little guy with blue painted fingernails. If you work with people you should leave attitudes at home. That's very unprofessional. And I probably won't go to that one anymore.

Usually I enjoy Firehouse subs bit today's visit was the worst. The cashier was unfriendly as could be and when we placed our order they managed to mess it all up. We waited forever for our subs which was on the same order only to find mine was made incorrectly and when I pointed it out they acted like it was no big deal. Very disappointing visit. We usually frequent the one in Salem, VA. That one seems to be the better location. If I do come back it won't be the location at Towne Square.
