Firehouse Subs Keagy Rd.

My Wife and I grabbed lunch with my mom at this location earlier today (10/13/24) and the overall experience was a 4 Star (Almost 5!)

We ordered 2 Large Sub combos, one meatball and one ham, turkey, cheese, and pickles with a brownie and baked lays! My mother ordered a cheesesteak sub and I have to say.

All the food was PERFECT! It was hot, tasted amazing, smelled amazing, everything! And it was ready as soon as we walked in the door!

Going in there and seeing the atmosphere of a welcoming restaurant, great smelling food, nice workers, and the firefighting theme was awesome! It was also warmhearted to see that they have raised over $2MILLION dollars for their charity!

Unfortunately the reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the Dining room was a mess. Napkins and utensils on many of the tables, crumbs all under multiple tables.

Unfortunately not a 5 star experience, but I would definitely give this place a try just for the good food and customer service! We tipped them $10 for our $23 order because of how well they are doing.

Dietary restrictions: Whatever restrictions you have (to an extent) this location is very easy to deal with and will work with you

Parking: The parking lot is usually busy but because it’s in a strip it has a lot of easy spots to park in and go to this restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: They had the ability for wheelchairs to get in easily and they had a note on the pickup counter that says “if you need help, just let us know” which I think is Awesome!

The best, friendliest, and quickest Firehouse Subs in the area. The Towers mall and the Town Square/Rutgers Rd Firehouse Subs could learn a lot from this one on Keagy Rd.

I'm always skeptical when youngsters are running the place. But, these youngsters are on point. Always a smile. Always the same quality food. Always prompt.

The “lady” running the counter today was very rude. As I’m waiting for my online pickup order she says for future reference you will need to ask for your order. As I’m standing there at the sign that says online pickup. Her tone was very condescending! I will not be back.

Th food is ready great!!! The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because after giving my order five times they still got it wrong because I asked for white bread and they gave me wheat and I had to write down what I wanted and I have spoken English all my life.

This location is always friendly and good service. I come here every week and get a salad. I always ask for extra dressing because one cup is not enough. This time I got 2 cups and neither one of them were filled even halfway up. If I pay $15 for a salad, I would like enough dressing to cover the salad. Please stop trying to save a few cents and fill up the cups with salad dressing!!

Really fast in and out for a pickup order. On the way home so it's super convenient to order on the app and drop in, grab and go. We like the rewards as well. Always a win with Firehouse!! Hook and Ladders for the win!!

Worst sandwich place ever! They toast the bread because it is stale to eat fresh. Low quality meat! Do yourself a favor and eat Jersey Mike’s or even subway waaaay better!
