My sandwich was stuffed with deliciousness exactly as I ordered, the staff were friendly and quick, and I love being able to get caffeine free Diet Coke in the freestyle machine. Hard to find in most restaurants.

Not happy at all. I usually go to the 1 across from Sam's club & love them. If this was my 1st experience I would never come back to any of their stores. My hook & ladder was bread, lettuce & very little meat & no cheese at all. It was an online order so I just picked it up & left. Very disappointed at spending almost $40.00, I bought 4 medium hook & ladders. It will be a while before I even go back to the 1 by Sam's club. I need to let this memory fade before I go back again. Very disappointed. Also shockingly once I got in my car a worker came out of the Domino's Pizza next door & went into his blue jeep & took out a bag of cheese 😳 I'm guessing he put it in there to thaw. I'm sure that's against health department rules. It was very hot out. I wonder how long it sat in his car? Just another business to avoid. 🤮

The best Sub Sandwich Shop around. All the sandwiches are top notch, the staff are extremely kind, and it's completely clean inside. We stop there everytime we are in Salem, Virginia.

My Wife and I grabbed lunch with my mom at this location earlier today (10/13/24) and the overall experience was a 4 Star (Almost 5!)

We ordered 2 Large Sub combos, one meatball and one ham, turkey, cheese, and pickles with a brownie and baked lays! My mother ordered a cheesesteak sub and I have to say.

All the food was PERFECT! It was hot, tasted amazing, smelled amazing, everything! And it was ready as soon as we walked in the door!

Going in there and seeing the atmosphere of a welcoming restaurant, great smelling food, nice workers, and the firefighting theme was awesome! It was also warmhearted to see that they have raised over $2MILLION dollars for their charity!

Unfortunately the reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the Dining room was a mess. Napkins and utensils on many of the tables, crumbs all under multiple tables.

Unfortunately not a 5 star experience, but I would definitely give this place a try just for the good food and customer service! We tipped them $10 for our $23 order because of how well they are doing.

Dietary restrictions: Whatever restrictions you have (to an extent) this location is very easy to deal with and will work with you

Parking: The parking lot is usually busy but because it’s in a strip it has a lot of easy spots to park in and go to this restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: They had the ability for wheelchairs to get in easily and they had a note on the pickup counter that says “if you need help, just let us know” which I think is Awesome!

The best, friendliest, and quickest Firehouse Subs in the area. The Towers mall and the Town Square/Rutgers Rd Firehouse Subs could learn a lot from this one on Keagy Rd.

The “lady” running the counter today was very rude. As I’m waiting for my online pickup order she says for future reference you will need to ask for your order. As I’m standing there at the sign that says online pickup. Her tone was very condescending! I will not be back.
