Went for mother’s day, where we had a large shard of glass in the bottom of a cup. We asked to speak to a manager multiple times, which there was not one on site. Contacted owner and she replied once stating we’d be compensated. We were not, we paid our over $100 bill (including paying for the drink with a massive piece of glass in it) after also waiting an hour and a half after we ordered. Terrible experience here! One of our drinks had large, sharp pieces of glass in it. Mutliple items came out wrong and food took well over an hour. Asked for manager and was told no one was on duty. Was given owners info who said she was sorry and would compensate but we were charged for every item, even the drink with glass in it. Have reached back out several times and no one will respond. Didn’t expect a free meal but didn’t expect to pay for a drink with glass in it....read full review

Made reservations for 11:30 am brunch. Arrived at 11:30 am and were not seated for 30 minutes. Hostess told us that they took a lot of walk-ins so they got behind on their reservations. I remarked: “than why do you have reservations if you are going to take walk-ins?” Young hostess not really sure what to say. It was a “Seinfeld” episode for reserving a rental car, for sure.
