This is the absolute best smoothie/smoothie bowl/juice place around. The ingredients are fresh, nothing is artificially flavored or sweetened, and they have a TON of add-in's like protein, maca, spirulina, chia seeds, etc. Everything is made to order so it's fresh and you're able to make substitutions on some things. I ordered the mermaid smoothie bowl and substituted almond butter for the raw honey that comes on it and it was incredible!
Best smoothie in Roanoke. The Golden Glow was excellent, along with a cinnamon streusel muffin. For gluten and dairy free people, this has a ton of options (even though I can tolerate both).
Our family loves fruits & roots! Best place in the valley for smoothies, smoothie bowls, juices honestly everything is the best! Not only is their products top tier we have loved getting to know the owners. They welcome our family of 6 every time we come in. If you haven’t checked them out you definitely should! ❤️
