Hardee's has experienced a decline in quality, with slow-paced workers and an unclean men's restroom. The biscuits, once a favorite, are now tough and flat, possibly due to a recipe change or longer sitting time. Some customers have also found hair in their biscuits, which may be a result of staff not wearing hair nets. However, recent visits have shown improvements. On Sunday evening, the manager provided excellent customer service and communicated well with the cook to ensure a hot and fresh meal. Despite being staffed by only two employees, service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. One customer praised the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from the morning shift as possibly the best fast-food biscuit they've ever had. The parking is very good, and the restaurant remains kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
