Went inside recently due to a long drive-thru line and was completely ignored by the cashier (no one else was inside and he was not working drive-thru). He stood with his back to me for over 10 minutes (yes, I clocked it). Finally took and delivered my order, but was extremely rude. I had to hum to keep my attitude in check, but I was determined that I was not leaving until he provided some type of service - which is, after all, his job.

two days in a row first yesterday I said in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes finally I just left and went all the way up Hershberger and went to that Hardees they're usually on point so but it's sad that I had to drive all the way at Winton Road all the way up Hershberger in order to get a Hardee's that knew what they were doing then the next day which is today I show up I get me a Breakfast Platter Hardee's breakfast platter and you don't even put the hash browns in it and you ain't...read full review
Worse biscuit & gravy ever the biscuits use to be my favorite now they are flat and hard ... I’m very disappointed I won’t be back

The biscuits, once a favorite, are now tough and flat, possibly due to a recipe change or longer sitting time. Some customers have also found hair in their biscuits, which may be a result of staff not wearing hair nets. However, recent visits have shown improvements. On Sunday evening, the manager provided excellent customer service and communicated well with the cook to ensure a hot and fresh meal. Despite being staffed by only two employees, service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. One customer praised the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from the morning shift as possibly the best fast-food biscuit they've ever had. The parking is very good, and the restaurant remains kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
