We use to love this place, but the last several times we've went in there has been a woman passed out in the corner sleeping and seemingly on drugs, it scares my children. The last time we went she was there asking people for money, and further there was a young man laid across the seats with his nasty feet propped up on the table. I don't mind buying a hungry person something to eat once in a while but I'm not buing your drugs and I certainly don't want to feel like I'm at a bus station. The food is great! The service is great! The regular customers that comes are very friendly..just seems lately there's been a surge of bums and not so great atmosphere...

The worst customer service ever. Cold fries after waiting too long for a empty restaurant. Then the cashier does not greet you, welcome you nor ask for your order. Nor tell you the total. She just stood there looking as if I was bothering here. $15 at Hardee's is diabolical for any combo.
Roanoke pays low wages and get employees that do not care at all. Close the whole store down.

Very slow, I come in the past 8 times and I make sure I get they're 30 min before dinner time because everytime I order a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich it takes minimum 30 min. No one in resturaunt, no one in drive thru . I thought maybe I was gonna get a waygu burger because I thought they were back they're muasajing the cow and then cutting it up lmfdao. 5 workers no one they're? Hardees close this location.

The staff who works here are rude and treat their customer in a highly disrespectful way. I will never go to this location. The employee ask me to wait at the front door because the food was not ready, but me not knowing where the front entrance was, I parked I guess on the back and after 10 minutes when she finally brought my food she yell "this is not the front door" of course I end up cursing her out. One because it was not clear where the front entrance was and two because it is not my fault that the food was not ready.

Our church friends place an order for us and we had to walk to pick it up yesterday around 1ish I've now been up most of the night w my fiancee pretty sure he has FOOD POISONING Diarrhea and throwing up the health department really needs to know about this and we will be in contact w higher people above the very rude employees....

I went there today to get my grandmother and daughter something to eat everything was hot and good but the fries i had 3 orders and they only sent out two plus the fries was cold so i took them back in when i went in a young man was behind the counter cursing and so i asked the young lady with the Burgundy shirt On could i please get some fresh fries and told her they also forgot a fry in my bag so she told the person in the back she needed fresh fries i went back outside to make sure my burger was made correctly and it was when i went back in she had just got the fries up and i was waiting she put two fries in my bag after i stated that i needed 3 she gave my other fry to another man so after i seen that i said i needed 3 fries she’s gonna blow her breath and said lord i need more fries dropped to the person in the back so i asked the young man in drive thru who is the store manager he looks at her and said her so i said who is the general manager he looks back at her and said her so i left it alone for her to be any kind of manager and representing Hardee’s franchise, she’s very unprofessional and I most definitely won’t be going back to that location. I feel like y’all should train y’all managers to have great customer service because none was given.
