HORRIBLE!! Shift lead did not know how to add bacon to a burger, then once figuring it out - by charging me for a whole side order of bacon - they gave me frighing RAW bacon on my burger!! I don't care that they claim it comes precooked, I know pink and white raw bacon when I see it!! AVOID HARDEE'S IN ROANOKE PERIOD!!! I haven't found a single one that doesn't fail in either food quality or service quality... most fail on food tho.

This is my second review on this particular Hardees, and I only have a few words for this Hardees on Hershberger rd in Roanoke Virginia, I'll never go back into this place for there terrible service early in the morning when you should be greeted with a good morning or have a nice day, and why every time I visit I'm disappointed?
Let me answer because I lowered my standards of this Hardees on Hershberger back in 2020, but they are always gonna be the same. Breakfast potatoes so hard you could hurt someone if you throw one at somebody. It's not funny 😐. I was hungry, and they were stale. Good luck, Hardees.

We waited for over 10 minutes for a sandwich. The employees acted like they didn't want to work. There were cars sitting all around the building waiting on orders from the drive thru.

The new manager was great and the staff was great too
Supposed to open at 5 during the week. There has been multiple times that I will get there at 5:15 and they still aren’t open. Super unprofessional. If you can’t open on time then change your hours of operation!
