This is my second review on this particular Hardees, and I only have a few words for this Hardees on Hershberger rd in Roanoke Virginia, I'll never go back into this place for there terrible service early in the morning when you should be greeted with a good morning or have a nice day, and why every time I visit I'm disappointed?
Let me answer because I lowered my standards of this Hardees on Hershberger back in 2020, but they are always gonna be the same. Breakfast potatoes so hard you could hurt someone if you throw one at somebody. It's not funny 😐. I was hungry, and they were stale. Good luck, Hardees.

We waited for over 10 minutes for a sandwich. The employees acted like they didn't want to work. There were cars sitting all around the building waiting on orders from the drive thru.

Supposed to open at 5 during the week. There has been multiple times that I will get there at 5:15 and they still aren’t open. Super unprofessional. If you can’t open on time then change your hours of operation!

We use to love this place, but the last several times we've went in there has been a woman passed out in the corner sleeping and seemingly on drugs, it scares my children. The last time we went she was there asking people for money, and further there was a young man laid across the seats with his nasty feet propped up on the table. I don't mind buying a hungry person something to eat once in a while but I'm not buing your drugs and I certainly don't want to feel like I'm at a bus station. The food is great! The service is great! The regular customers that comes are very friendly..just seems lately there's been a surge of bums and not so great atmosphere...

The worst customer service ever. Cold fries after waiting too long for a empty restaurant. Then the cashier does not greet you, welcome you nor ask for your order. Nor tell you the total. She just stood there looking as if I was bothering here. $15 at Hardee's is diabolical for any combo.
Roanoke pays low wages and get employees that do not care at all. Close the whole store down.
