My wife Marjorie and I stopped here near 1:00 pm on the way to her Doctor's appointment in Roanoke VA. Hardee advertises that they serve breakfast until 2:00 pm. We ordered two sausage and egg biscuits. Both biscuits were hard around the edges. We had to end up taking them with us so as not to be late to her appointment. Marjorie and I could only eat part of the two biscuits and we threw the rest of them out for the birds to eat.

I just want to say out of all the hardees in Roanoke. This one is the best. They know how to butter their biscuits. The others sadly don't hold up to this Hardees. Keep on keepn on Hardees!

On 9/21/24 an older women who appeared as a manager was very rude when I ordered in drive thru , it wasn’t what she said it’s how she said it . The women in very rudely tone said what do u want , what else , what else , what else , is that it . Very disrespectful . I will not be coming to this location again

I ordered my food both my double cheeseburgers was very old and dry I told her to have the remade the new ones she gave me looked like they were put in microwave smh then she told me to have a better day I thought that was very unprofessional and rude I was having a good day till I ate that nasty food which I'll never will again She never apologized either just looked at me crazy lol smh I spent 18 dollars on bull shit food and that's not easy to make today so screw Hardee's

We came in and were very happy with our experience. Brenda was the manager on duty when we came in and the restaurant was immaculately clean inside and out. The manager took our order and brought it to our table after it was freshly prepared. Everything was nice and hot like it should be. I’ve never been to a fast food joint that they would bring my food to the table. Brenda went the extra mile.
Chicken tenders were very good, tasted great, and we had plenty of dipping sauce. Fries were good and a generous portion. The Cole slaw was great.
Brenda is outstanding and makes you feel at home. I would go back to this particular Hardee’s anytime. You should too. Tell Brenda I sent you!

Hours posted on the door (open @ 5 am) nope. Lights on people in there, but doors are locked - and it's almost 6 am.
Big waste of time trying to stop there in the morning, just not reliably open on time.
Can't use the drive-thru, big truck won't fit.
Just need to find some place that actually opens when the say they will open.
