This place is usually spot on, but in the last few weeks, something has changed - and not for the better! They open at 5am. I have stopped twice at approximately 5:30am (on my way to work) in the last 10 days and NO ONE ever presented themselves to take my order. I waited nearly 10 minutes the first time; and yes, I spoke up - no one answered. Today I only waited three before leaving. I pass multiple other restaurants in the morning (traveling from Bedford to Roanoke), but I choose to stop here because, like I said, they are typically spot on. Not anymore. I will be finding somewhere else to spend my money

The cashier was decent but never acknowledged and apologized for the messed up order. The screen was busted. The food was like warm and the fries were rock hard!!!!! There was nobody Lobby. And only one person behind me late in the evening, waiting for an order. I usually expect the best from the Blue Ridge Valley, but this was the bottom of the barrel. Feel free to check out their lack cluster customer service and over glorified chicken and meat menu but be aware you will be meet with sheer dissatisfaction.

I come here everyday before work.. For the last two weeks they had some sick girl working the window in the drive through now I’m sick and I know it came from her. Do better Hardee’s!! Stop letting sick people hand out food and drink. Some people can’t afford getting sick.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The food was disgusting, soggy, and extremely unfresh. The restaurant service is extremely slow and the manager and a worker named Neveah were beyond rude. They have absolutely no experience in customer service nor communication skills. Dont go to this location if you don’t want to waste your money. Absolutely unacceptable, Do better or close this location. As you can see thats SUPPOSED to be a hot ham and cheese which it’s not.

Went thru the drive thru and when went to pay, my card wouldn’t work. I was going to cancel the order, when the young lady at the window said she would pay for it. She used her own card and rung it up. It was $11. I’ve never had that happen before. What a great young person. This was 8 am this morning. Thank you so much.

Very disrespectful cashier her name is Juana. We ordered our food and was cut short by her then as I went to pay I ask for the military discount because I very proudly served our country, when I showed her my driver's license she looked at me and told me that was just an ID but your driver's license if you are a veteran shows the word VETERAN on the top of the ID, not only that but I was wearing a hat that clearly stated ARMY on the top with a veteran symbol on the side. She questioned me again and I had to literally point it out where it said veteran on the top. After giving me the discount I went to hand her my debit card and she jerked it out of my hand. Not only did she disrespect the fact that I was a veteran but then she disrespected me and my family by jerking the debit card out of my hand. I asked for the manager at that point these shift leader Kaisha came over and ask what happened I explained the situation she said that she could see I was a veteran just by my hat. She then offered us a full refund and said that she would speak to Juana. I will be reaching out to corporate about this because Juana should not be working there she does not represent Hardee's nor great customer service but the shift supervisor Kaisha shows everything about respect and how to treat the customer very proud of her for that. If Hardee's wants to keep their reputation and name clean and stand for great customer service then they would fire Juana because she is everything Hardee's stands against and she makes them look bad. Hardees can do much better and there are better people out here dying for a job that would represent this company so much better.
