This place has quality control issues. Twice my orders were wrong. 1st on 4/20/26 I received a prime rib burger that had no prime rib. And I literally mean the topping was missing. Not the fact that the burger tasted like burnt rubber. Then on the next day 4/21/26 I gave it another try and ordered a strawberry milkshake. They forgot the whip cream. I’m not a Karen, I just want what I ordered. When I confronted the restaurant I spoke to an old man wearing a blue apron...
