Great spot for Peruvian fusion food. The linguine huancaina chicken was so good, highly recommended. The tostones and fried plantains were also amazing. Overall, AJ Fusion is a great dining experience.

Loved this place! Great food. Unique restaurant in downtown Roanoke. It wasn’t very busy… we were the only ones here, which didn’t make a ton of sense because it was so delicious and a great experience. I hope to see more people in here next time! We will definitely be back.

the food was alright when i went, i had the bistec a lo pobre and it felt like the food was just microwaved before i got in. otherwise the service was amazing and the waitress was very receptive to talking and was super friendly.

Great experience as a whole. My husband doesn't drink any alcohol and he got the chicha morada. Amazing!. Food is great and I love the ají sauce. Peruvian cuisine is super rich in flavors and this place is bringing to US the experience. I totally recommend this place

I was so excited to have a Peruvian restaurant in town. My wife and I went last week and were disappointed. Our chicken was extremely dry, the leg was inedible. Our waitress never came by to check on us, hopefully they can improve.
