Loved this place! Great food. Unique restaurant in downtown Roanoke. It wasn’t very busy… we were the only ones here, which didn’t make a ton of sense because it was so delicious and a great experience. I hope to see more people in here next time! We will definitely be back.
Delicious food and excellent service! Don’t confuse it with another Peruvian restaurant coming to the neighborhood soon. This one is Inka Grill Latin Fusion, and it’s really good!

Great spot for Peruvian fusion food. The linguine huancaina chicken was so good, highly recommended. The tostones and fried plantains were also amazing. Overall, AJ Fusion is a great dining experience.
