service and food were great. unfortunately they do not recognize any vet discount which is normally funneled back to wait staff.

The food was good and came out hot. Service was ok but failed to help when asking for a good local beer. Was told they have 200 choices, take my time and figure something out.

Very good burger, the only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is for the price, the burger is small. If it was at least a 1/3 lb or better yet a 1/2 lb burger for the same price would be a much better deal. But it was very tasty either way, just will opt for the extra patty in the future.

How do I put this, the seasonings are salt, they flavor is salt the fries are salt. Everything they touch is salt everything they do is salt. I thought I took a sip from the ocean, I am so glad I didn't get a drink, it would probably have salt in it. For $15 I got a small kids burger covered in salt. So yeah I'm salty and probably will be for ever. Do not go here and order anything unless you like loads of salt. I'm not lieing either, bought my first burger today and last one as well. Had egg bacon and a donut cut in half. Still salty. I wish I could get a refund for the 3/4th of my burger I threw away, I'm a big fat guy so throwing away food never happens, I guess there is a first for everything. Can't say it had good flavor all I tasted was salt.

All jack browns are great but, Out of nags head, Norfolk, Charlottesville, and Richmond locations, Roanoke is our favorite. The staff is always awesome and the food is always delicious.

Incredibleeeee burgers. It was quite the experience!! Coated in stickers head to toe, crazy music, crazy good food, and interesting decor that had us playing eye spy while waiting on food.

Only downsides: literally nowhere to sit, and I would not exactly bring children because of the atmosphere! The decor is hilarious and entertaining, but a little mature haha.

Many types of burgers. I had the simple cheeseburger with their house sauce and sweet potato fries. Fried oreo for desert. Very good quality meat!

Burgers! They have really good burgers. Don't like the small size of this place fool you because the flavor is huge! You'll always be greeted by the staff, nicely, and my drinks were always topped off. The burger selection is pretty big, and I have yet to have something there i don't like.

The Elvis burger never disappoints! Service was amazing even when the place is packed. Great location with plenty of cheap parking. Will be back!

This place is such a vibe. We came for an early dinner with our kids and even though it’s not a kids place they were so welcoming and sweet getting our family in to a table where all 5 of us could fit! The burgers were amazing I almost never finish a burger but I ate that thing down. Also the fries!!! Soooo amazing and their special sauce you definitely have to try. We sat in front of the speaker so the music was a little loud but that’s expected with the fun atmosphere!
