Jersey Mike's Subs in Roanoke

“We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“

“I came to buy a gift card and was really impressed by the cleanliness of the store. The young lady in there flashed me her trophy that she had one for having a Clean store. She definitely earned that award. My visit was Sunday 9/14/24 10:30am“
