Ordered yesterday and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now.

The food was excellent as always but the cleaners of the restaraunt was very disappointing. It was 4:00 in the afternoon when we walked in wit 3 people behind the counter doing nothing and the floor had bread crumbs and lettuce all over it. I counted 5 tables that needed to be cleaned. When I was a fast food manager I made sure that was every 30 minutes or sooner as that is the first thing customer's see when they come in
Subs are good, but grill staff needs to learn how to cook multiple cheese steaks simultaneously. My son ordered a regular cheese steak, then I ordered a regular #13. Went through slicing and toppings for my sub, paid for both subs and waited. I could see the grill with two different cheese steaks cooking. At this time I figured one was my son's order.
