I went thru this drivethru tonight Wednesday March 24, my receipt was timed 7:37 I believe. and ordered a 12 piece chicken with 3 sides. Paid for a 12 piece chicken, almost 40 dollars. Got home to find there was only 8 pieces of chicken. With a family of 5 to feed, and 2 kids that can easily eat 3 pieces each, wasn’t enough. Tried to call. The phone stayed busy. So I drove over. KFC offers a good atmosphere and awesome customer service, but could benefit from more staff for improved service. The restaurant provides ample parking for both regular and handicapped guests. The kids menu is excellent for both kids and adults alike. However, some customers have experienced rude behavior from staff, particularly at the breakfast drive-thru.
